Reserve Blanc du Bois (2009) - This reserve wine has pears and green apples on nose. Mid-range with coconuts and dried apricots, minerals on the finish and mouth feel is lush.

Malbec (2008) - This estate bottled wine has floral hints of mint and spices. It is full bodied and has a graceful mouth feel with cherries and apricots in the midrange. This wine has excellent characteristics for aging.

Petite Syrah (2008) - This estate bottled wine comes from the first Petite Syrah vines planted in Texas. The color is brilliant purple with blackberries on the nose and palate. The finish has mature tannins with a splash of creaminess. This wine has excellent characteristics for aging in your cellar.

Reserve Black Spanish (2009) - These grapes were awarded best grapes and fruit at the Gillespie County Fair. Introduction of coffee, apricots with a midrange of red plum &mocha crème. Finish has chocolate, walnuts, & toasted Brazil nuts and the mouth feel is lush.

Late Harvest Zinfandel (2009) - This wine is a very bold estate wine from our Doss vineyard. Cherries and Chocolate are on the nose with dark Chocolate and Cocoa on the finish. This wine is 15% alcohol and has a bold mouthfeel with a briary Zinfandel finish.

Amore de Tuscano - This wine is a Super Tuscan blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. Black cherries on the nose with creamy chocolate on the finish. This wine is well structured and has great tannins.

Primitivo (2006) - This wine has an elegant introduction of berries, cherries, and currants which carries over to the intermezzo. It is a full bodied wine with a creamy finish and a sustained mouth feel. This wine has excellent characteristics for aging in your cellar.

Classico - This wine is a very popular rich, hearty red blend. It gives a variety of coffee, chocolate and cherry flavors. It has firm tannins and finishes with a full palette. Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Mataro.

Sangiovese (2007) - This wine is medium bodied and estate bottled from Anchor Oaks Vineyard in Blanco. With Cherries on the nose, it gives a mid-range variety of berries & cream and a wild strawberry crescendo on the finish.

Texas Dirty Girl - This dry white wine is a Chardonnay with flavors of green apples and pineapples. It is a perlante style, meaning little pearls in Italian (or slight effervescence).

Texas Chenin Blanc - This wine is crisp, fruity and semi-dry. It has a complexity of flavors such as melons, citrus, green apples and finishes slightly dry. Serve chilled at 50°F.

Blanc du Bois (2008) - This wine is estate bottled from the winery site with fresh baked apples and apple peel in the introduction. Minerals and honey in the intermezzo with a creamy finish. This wine is full bodied and well balanced. Serve near room temperature.

Claret (2005) - This wine is a proprietary blend of Bordeaux’s with rich dark cocoa on the nose. A transition to plums with other stone fruit occurs in the midrange. The finish is dry and well structured. This wine has excellent characteristics for aging in your cellar.

Carignane - This wine is a Spanish varietal that has floral hints. It is full bodied with soft tannins. The finish has currants and berries with sustained mouth feel.

Gewurztraminer (2006) - This wine is a slightly sweet white that is spicy and fruity with green apples, pears and wild flowers. It is an estate bottled wine from Diamante Doble Vineyards in Texas High Plains.

Chiaro de Luna - This fragrant white wine gives flavors of apricots and peaches on the introduction, and green apples on the finish with light sweetness. This wine is reminiscence of wine served at Renaissance banquets. Serve chilled at 50°F.

Rosa Flamenco - This rose wine is a blend of White Zinfandel and Chenin Blanc. It is slightly sweet with hints of strawberries, spice, and honeycomb. Serve chilled at 50°F.

Red Flirt - This wine is a slightly sweet red that has the whimsical flavors of cherries, berries, and plums. It is a proprietary blend of traditional red varietals that gives a rich purplish red color. Red Flirt was created for you to enjoy with Texas Cuisine.

Tango Port - Tango has Palm Springs dates on the introduction with coffee, berries, and prunes in the intemezzo. Carmel is noted throughout and the finish is Creme Brule. This port is fortified to 18% and was aged for 24 months in American oak. It is hand bottled in imported bottles and wax sealed.
