Texas Hill Country Wine -- Torre di Pietra -- located near Fredericksburg Texas with vineyards in Doss and Gillespie County is owned and operated by the Maxwell Family. They are committed to the highest standards in their Vineyards and Winery to ensure the best quality of wines are available for your enjoyment.

Our Vineyards are located in Doss and Fredericksburg -- the heart of the Texas Hill Country American Viticultural Area. Here our vines thrive in the calcareous soils, seasonal rains, and sunshine to produce a rich complexity of flavors. The Winery and gift shop is located ten miles east of Fredericksburg, Texas on US Hwy 290. Come and enjoy our wine, shop for unique gifts, and relax to music in the piazza and patios.
